VPMA is incorporated as a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
We should point out that VPMA is also interested in attracting major sponsors who can help the project grow by sponsoring worthwhile unfunded medical development that VPMA encounters.
