System concepts for a rapid high quality image transmission system for X-Ray, MRI, and other vital medical data on patients to all 12 Kaiser hospital. System is to include a 10 year storage and retrieval system for patient record purposes as well as insurance purposes. VPMA provided latest technology in all appropriate areas.

Cedars Sinai Hospital - Research on Heart Failure
In order to understand the mechanics of heart failure by fibrillation (very rapid heat beat), Cedars Sinai doctors are inserting multiple electrical probes (up to 140) into normal hearts to make measurements during artificially induced fibrillation. VPMA is exploring possible assistance in computer areas to evaluate the data and is also exploring the possibility of non-invasive instrumentation for heart signal measurements.
